7.1. ...Entries may be submitted by mail or email to the appropriate National Commissioner. April 29
7.2. ...One (1) copy of the reference material must accompany the Official Entry Form. An electronic copy may be submitted with entry forms which are submitted by email. Changes to the reference material will NOT be accepted after the deadline for arrival specified in 7.5 below. April 29
