The Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel is a luxurious hotel with 25,000 square feet of beautifully renovated meeting space and 1234 newly redecorated guest rooms. These include 29 accessible rooms and 32 executive suites. The guest rooms and suites all have wireless high speed internet access, large flat screen TVs, clock radio with MP3 connection, voicemail, iron/ironing board and hairdryer. The SESCAL venue is the hotel's 13,000 square-foot Plaza ballroom in the Lower Lobby.

Bistro

The Bistro is available for casual anytime dining and proudly brews Starbucks® coffees and specialty drinks. They feature to go dinners, and are the perfect stop for a quick snack- night or day. Light meals, sandwiches, salads and pizzas. Seating area features four large flat screen TV's with international programming. Open 24 hours a day.

Cafe

     The cafe offers delicious buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as an ala carte menu. It features a Japanese breakfast and a wide assortment of international cuisine. It is open from 6:00 AM until 10:00 PM seven days a week.

     Another dining choice is Andiamo, a Northern Italian restaurant situated adjacent to the lobby and a wonderful choice for a business or leisure dinner. It is open 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM Monday to Friday. Diners at SESCAL 2010 report that this is a superb dining experience!!

     Landings, a sports bar, features several televisions for watching sporting events. Enjoy a cocktail or an appetizer seven days a week.

Hilton LAX Hotel Fitness Center

There are also a 24-hour business center, fully-equipped fitness center, an Olympic-size pool and many other amenities.

      The SESCAL 2011 room rate is $85.00 per night, Single or Double occupancy. One- and two-bedroom suites are also available. This special rate is available from October 10, 2011 to October 19, 2011, allowing attendees to take advantage of local attractions for a couple of days before or after the show. Beginning January 1, 2011, reservations may be made by calling the Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel directly at (310) 410-4000, or you may use the Hilton's nationwide reservations number, (800) HILTONS. When you call, you must mention the special SESCAL Group Code, "FPC" (for Federated Philatelic Clubs) to get the special SESCAL rate. If you are a Hilton HHonors member, give them your HHonors number to receive your points. If you are not, join first at the HHonors website.

      Reservations at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel for SESCAL 2011 must be received by September 29th, 2011, in order to receive the SESCAL $85.00 rate. Be sure to make your reservations early as there are a fixed number of rooms available at this special rate.

     The Hilton Los Angeles Airport Hotel is located on the north side of Century Blvd between Bellanca Ave. and Airport Blvd. It is 3/4 miles west of the 405 Freeway Century Blvd exit. See the map for location details. The Hilton's shuttles circle the airport terminal area about every fifteen minutes around the clock. Look for the light blue Hilton LAX shuttle.
