SESCAL is a World Series of Philately show and the SESCAL Grand Award winner
will be eligible to compete in the Championship at Stampshow 2013
in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, August 8-11, 2013.
SESCAL is accepting single-frame exhibits and a Grand Award will
be awarded to that exhibit deemed best by the Philatelic Jury.
The Single Frame Grand Award winner will be eligible to compete in the Single-Frame Championship at AmeriStamp Expo 2013
in Louisville, Kentucky, January 18-20, 2013.
The deadline for receipt of applications is September 7, 2012.
